NSPCC Number Day 2025
On 7th February 2025 we hosted our annual Number Day also marking 25 years of this significant event.
An important part of the day was to "Take up the Challenge and Dress up for Digits." We encouraged children and staff to wear an item of clothing with a number on and to make a £1 donation towards the NSPCC. Mrs Dillon kick started the event with a whole school assembly followed by an afternoon of maths challenges which reinforced that maths is an important part of everyday life.
Taking part in Number Day is also important as we will raise money for thousands of children all over the country who need support from the NSPCC, a charity that provides help to keep children safe. You can find more information here: NSPCC | The UK children's charity | NSPCC
It was a memorable day and one we will continue to partake in!
