FJS Choir takes part in Young Voices 2025!
What a fantastic experience some of the choir had on Monday 20th January at the 02 Arena for the annual Young Voices concert. The Young Voices Concerts take place each year in January and February. Schools can choose the venue that best suits them. On the day of the concert, the choir, along with up to 9,000 other young voices, will rehearse together for the first time, creating a vibrant collective experience.
In the evening, there was a breathtaking concert performance featuring a few special guest artists. This year they were MC Grammar, Tommy Blaize and Souparnika Nair. The UK’s leading sound and light technicians are also enlisted to enhance the performance. The excitement and energy in the arena were an unforgettable sensation for each child, making it a very memorable school trip! Thank you to Mr Furzland, Mrs King and Mrs Jeffery for supporting the event and to the parents who came to watch and also collected their children at 11.30pm when we arrived back to school.
